Seattle, Washington-based extreme progressive metal group A Flourishing Scourge issue their self-titled debut full-length studio album on June 9th, 2017 through own imprint Begotten Records.
The outing has been made available for streaming in its entirety through SoundCloud, and can be listened to below.
Recording took place at Gojira’s Silver Cord Studios in Brooklyn, New York from June 1st, 2016 to June 10th, 2016. Sessioning on drums is Samus Paulicelli (Decrepit Birth / ex-Abigail Williams).
Engineering and mixing was handled by Jamie Uertz, with mixing and editing contributions from vocalist / guitarist Tye Jones during the autumn of 2016. Mastering responsibilities were overseen by Jens Bogren of Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden.
Cover artwork duties fell to Andrada Saftescu.
