December 17th, 2014
Brazilian / Italian metal group Angra issued eighth studio full-length album Secret Garden on December 17th, 2014 in Japan through JVC / Victor Entertainment. Brazilian release was scheduled for January 16th, 2015 through Universal Music, with North American and European release taking place on the same day via earMusic.
The outing was pre-produced by Roy Z, with recording and production being handled by Jens Bogren in Sweden. A concept affair, Secret Garden chronicled the fictional story of scientist Morten Vrolik, who fights to restore his happiness after a tragic accident that took the life of his wife. The platter marked the first Angra effort to feature vocalist Fabio Lione (Rhapsody Of Fire) and drummer Bruno Valverde.
