Middlesbrough, England-based heavy metal band Black Rose have signed a worldwide album contract with German-based label Pure Steel Records, confirming this development on September 16th, 2021.
The band’s long-awaited fourth full-length studio album WTF is slated for issue in early 2022.
Regarding the new album, the band commented: “This album is without doubt the heaviest we have ever done and has been great fun to record. It may suprise a few people, but hopefully everyone likes it as much as we do.
“The album will also feature two bonus tracks of early demo recordings we did way back in 1981 – ‘Biker’ and ‘Dead And Buried’ – which we re-recorded a couple of years ago.”
An official lyric video for new track ‘Armageddon’ can be viewed below.
Black Rose’s line-up is as follows:
Steve Bardsley (vocals and guitar)
Kenny Nicholson (guitar, ex-Holland / ex-Fast Kutz / ex-Hammer)
Kiko Rivers (bass, ex-Sudden Impact / ex-Fallen Angel / ex-Trixter / ex-Vivid)
Paul Fowler (drums, ex-Fast Kutz)
Third studio record Cure For Your Disease was released independently in 2010.
