Chip Z’Nuff, guitarist for Blue Island, Illinois-based hard rock band Enuff Z’Nuff, issued second solo full-length studio album proper Perfectly Imperfect on March 18th, 2022 through Frontiers Music Srl.
All of the tracks featured on Perfectly Imperfect were written by Chip Z’Nuff with the exception of ‘Heaven In A Bottle’, which was an older track written with former Enuff Z’Nuff vocalist Donnie Vie, and a cover rendition of the track ‘Honaloochie Boogie’. Written by Ian Hunter, its original version was featured on July 1973 Mott The Hoople album Mott. Guest appearances are made by the likes of guitarist Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake / Trans-Siberian Orchestra) and drummers Steven Adler (Adler’s Appetite, ex-Guns N’ Roses), Daxx Nielsen (Cheap Trick touring member) and Daniel Hill (Enuff Z’Nuff).
“All songs are written as I see the world through my rose-coloured glasses,” Chip Z’Nuff commented. “It’s my heroin letter to the new generation.”
