DARKYRA BLACK Release Debut Full-Length ‘Dragon Tears’

Australian symphonic metal artist Darkyra Black independently issued debut full-length album Dragon Tears on February 20th, 2014. Dragon Tears was a concept record based on a Gothic interpretation of a geisha like tale which ends in tragedy. Themes include love, loss, lust, betrayal and revenge.
The outing was co-produced by drummer Garry King, vocalist Darkyra Black and George Boussounis, through Online Recording Masters in Athens, Greece, and La Foret Groupe in France. Musicians who sessioned on the album included George Boussounis (keyboard / samples / arrangements), Michael Porfyris (cello), Ilias Sdoukos (viola), and Laertis Kokolanis (violin).
