DESASTER Release Eighth Studio Album ‘The Oath Of An Iron Ritual’

Koblenz, Germany-based black / thrash metal band Desaster issued eighth full-length studio album The Oath Of An Iron Ritual on April 8th, 2016 through Metal Blade Records.

The Oath Of An Iron Ritual was recorded between October 2nd and 7th, 2015 at Desaster’s own studio in Koblenz, while mixing and mastering duties fell to Patrick W. Engel at Temple Of Disharmony.
The album’s cover artwork features an 1841 painting by John Martin, entitled ‘Pandaemonium’, which was inspired by John Milton’s 1667 poem ‘Paradise Lost’.

Seventh studio record The Arts Of Destruction was released in February 2012.
