GHOST Release Third Studio Album ‘Meliora’
August 21st, 2015

Swedish occult rock group Ghost issued third full-length studio album Meliora (English translation: ‘Better’) on August 21st, 2015 through Loma Vista Recordings (excluding Scandinavia).

The outing was helmed by Klas Åhlund, with mixing duties being handled by Andy Wallace.

The track listing is as follows;

01. ‘Spirit’
02. ‘From The Pinnacle To The Pit’
03. ‘Cirice’
04. ‘Spöksonat’
05. ‘He Is’
06. ‘Mummy Dust’
07. ‘Majesty’
08. ‘Devil Church’
09. ‘Absolution’
10. ‘Deus In Absentia’

In its first week of release, Meliora sold roughly 29,000 copies in the United States, landing at position eight on the Billboard 200 chart.

Music videos were filmed for the tracks ‘From The Pinnacle To The Pit’, ‘Cirice’ and ‘He Is’, which can be viewed below. In addition, an official lyric video was also created for the song ‘He Is’.

Second studio record Infestissumam was released in April 2013.
