HEXX Make New Track ‘Vultures Gather Round’ Available For Streaming

San Francisco, California-based power / thrash metal band Hexx have made the track ‘Vultures Gather Round’ available for streaming via YouTube, which can be accessed below.
Hexx issue fifth full-length studio album Entangled In Sin on September 25th, 2020 through High Roller Records.
Guitarist and founding member Dan Watson commented: “We put a lot more time and thought into pre-production with this album than we did for the Wrath Of The Reaper record. Entangled In Sin is, in my opinion, a better record. Not that Wrath Of The Reaper is without its moments, but this new album is superior in many ways. Better songs and better production for sure.
“For this recording, we wrote and rehearsed everything with the click track in mind. We paid special attention to the tempos so that the riffs would flow and grove the way we wanted them to for maximum crushing power. Lyrically, this album also has a more focused message than its predecessor.”
The CD edition of Entangled In Sin will also contain three bonus tracks – ‘Signal 30 I-5’, ‘Night Of Pain’ and ‘Terror’. ‘Night Of Pain’ and ‘Terror’ are re-recorded versions of songs originally found on Hexx’s 1984 debut album No Escape. ‘Terror’ also features a guest contribution from former Metal Church guitarist John Marshall. The new version of ‘Night Of Pain’ can also be streamed below.
Entangled In Sin was recorded at the Sonic Room Studios in Livermore, California and was engineered and mixed by Tim Narducci. The outing was produced and mastered by Bart Gabriel.

The reworked versions of ‘Night Of Pain’ and ‘Terror’ were also released as a limited edition seven-inch vinyl single (available in black and transparent sea blue variants) on August 21st, 2020 through High Roller Records.
Speaking about the single, Dan Watson said: “It was Bart Gabriel’s idea to re-record two songs from the band’s debut 1984 release No Escape. Because of the less than great production of our first effort we thought it might be cool to re-record a couple of the more memorable songs from that album and release them as a single ahead of the release of the new record. John Marshall wrote and recorded a fantastic new intro for our remake of ‘Terror’. ‘Night Of Pain’ came out sounding very strong and Eddy’s vocals are awesome!”
Fourth studio record Wrath Of The Reaper was released in September 2017 via High Roller.
