I.C.O.N Sign With Metalbox For Release Of Second Album

Burnley, England-based heavy metal group I.C.O.N signed an album contract with Metalbox Recordings, revealing this development on March 16th, 2015.
I.C.O.N issued a statement through Facebook, expressing that Metalbox Recordings are “a fantastic label, taking the band further with an album we’re incredibly excited about releasing.”
Recording sessions for I.C.O.N’s as yet untitled second full-length album took place during January 2015 at Studio-Studio in Whitworth, Lancashire with producer Pete Troughton. The follow-up to June 2009’s self-released debut New Born Lie is scheduled for a summer 2015 release.
