KILL DEVIL HILL Begin Recording New Material
April 9th, 2015
American metal group Kill Devil Hill were recently at Stagg Street Studios in Van Nuys, California with engineer Josh Newell recording basic tracks for newly written music. Jay Ruston, who mixed March 2012’s Kill Devil Hill and October 2013’s Revolution Rise – Kill Devil Hill’s first two full-length studio albums – will mix the tracks upon their completion.
The outing will mark the Kill Devil Hill recording debut of drummer Johnny Kelly. Having replaced erstwhile sticksman Vinny Appice, Kelly’s appointment was announced on March 10th, 2014.
