LIFE AGAINST TIME Unveil Music Video For ‘Surrender’ Single

Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England-based metalcore group Life Against Time issued second single ‘Surrender’ on October 14th, 2017 through SLL Records.
According to a press release, ‘Surrender’ is “a non-stop assault of pounding drums, bass gallops, harmonised riffs, a huge solo and big vocal lines, this is a statement of intent from a band on the rise.”

Lead vocalist and guitarist Lee McLaughlin issued the following statement: “We’re buzzing to finally release this track and show everyone what we can do and where we’re going. Special thanks to the excellent Jay Shredder at Shredder Live Lounge for producing the song and video. We’ve already started pre-production on our next single with Jay so watch this space!”
The track ‘Surrender’ initially stemmed from lyrical and music ideas by guitarist Chris Bailey, him presenting the track to the rest of the band, and the track subsequently shaped into its resultant form. Lyrically speaking, ‘Surrender’ is about defiance and hope in the face of difficult times.
