LOCRIAN Release ‘Return To Annihilation’

Chicago, Illinois-based experimental group Locrian issued studio full-length album Return To Annihilation on June 25th, 2013 through Relapse Records.
The outing was cut with Greg Norman at Steve Albini’s Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago, while mastering duties were handled by Jason Ward at Chicago Mastering Service.
Return To Annihilation was a two-part concept album inspired by Locrian’s love for progressive rock groups Genesis, Yes, and King Crimson.

Directed by George Moore, a music video was filmed for the track ‘Exiting The Hall Of Vapor And Light’. A music video was also filmed for the composition ‘A Visitation From The Wrath Of Heaven’, with that respective clip being directed by J.P. Bradburn.
