PRETTY MAIDS Part Ways With Drummer Allan Sørensen

Horsens, Denmark-based hard rock / metal band Pretty Maids have parted ways with drummer Allan Sørensen, revealing this development on July 4th, 2019.
Pretty Maids issued the following statement: “Pretty Maids and Allan Sørensen has parted company. This is happening without any drama and in mutual understanding between both parts.
“We’d like to thank Allan for his time and contribution to the band in the past two years. We wish him all the best of luck in the future!!!
“This will have no effect on our touring commitments this summer and a new drummer or temporary replacement will be announced soon!”
In a separate statement, Sørensen said: “I have decided to part ways with Pretty Maids, and will not be playing any more shows. I would like to thank Ronnie, Hammer, Shades, Chris and everybody involved, for a fantastic run! Also a huge THANK YOU to the Pretty Maids fans. You ROCK!!!”
The former Royal Hunt drummer joined Pretty Maids in May 2017, replacing Allan Tchicaja.
Sørensen had already recorded the drum tracks for Pretty Maids’ forthcoming 16th full-length studio album Undress Your Madness. The outing is scheduled for release in November 2019 through Frontiers Music Srl.
