SAMMAL Release Mini-Album ‘No 2’

Turku, Finland-based progressive rock group Sammal issued mini-album No 2 on February 14th, 2014 through Svart Records. The effort was made available in LP, CD, and digital download format.

Three of the compositions included on No 2 consisted of re-recorded versions of old demo tracks. ‘Vankina Varisten’ was a newly written tune, meanwhile, whereas ‘Peilin Taikaa’ was a cover interpretation of Aphrodite Child track ‘Magic Mirror’. All songs were recorded in the summer of 2013.

A music video was filmed for the track ‘Tähdelle Kuolemaan’. Sammal’s eponymous debut record was released in January 2013.
