Welsh melodic hard rock band Scarlet Rebels (formerly known as V0iD) have released an official lyric video for the track ‘Heal’, which can be viewed below.
Speaking about the song, frontman Wayne Doyle said: “‘Heal’ is a real crowd favourite and allows me to really get in the moment and express some emotion. It’s a song written about a conversation between two people. One leads the conversation for the majority of the song, offering to help the other with whatever they are going through.
“‘Heal’ starts off in a quiet manner with sensitive quiet vocals, before ending in a crescendo of guitars, pianos, drums, bass and double vocal lines. The song culminates in a dual chorus where person one sings their offers of help, while person two retorts with how they currently feel and what they’re going through before they do finally ask for the help that has been offered.”
Scarlet Rebels issued debut full-length studio album Show Your Colours on August 11th, 2019 through ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records.
A video trailer for the outing can also be viewed below. In the clip, the band members discuss the backstory to their formation and give an insight on their experiences while recording the album.
