The outing has been made available for streaming in its entirety via YouTube and can be accessed below.
Vocalist Mem Von Stein commented: “This album perfectly captures the entire spectrum of what we were passionate about as youths and now as adults: unfiltered, honest and straightforward heavy metal.”
Skull Pit was recorded in New York and Japan during Exumer’s and Church Of Misery’s time off from playing live around the globe, and mixed in Tokyo by O-mi Kihara.
Included is a cover rendition of ‘All The Lessons’. Written and recorded by Rose Tattoo, its original version was featured on 1981 outing Assault & Battery. The rendition features former Madball guitarist Brian ‘Mitts’ Daniels, who produced Mem Von Stein’s vocal tracks in New York.
