September 9th, 2018

Kiev, Ukraine-based progressive stoner rock band Stoned Jesus issued fourth full-length studio album Pilgrims on September 9th, 2018 through Napalm Records.
The band commented: “This record was inspired by our relentless touring and the feelings you get – or more precisely you lose – because of it. It’s weird how disconnected one becomes when constantly surrounded by people. Musically it’s pretty different from what we’ve done, it’s more song-oriented but simultaneously more challenging than before – sonically and structurally.”
Pilgrims was recorded and mixed at Lipky Zvukozapys in Kiev, and mastered at Metropolis Studios in London, England.

07. ‘Apathy’

Music videos were filmed for the tracks ‘Hands Resist Him’, ‘Thessalia’, and ‘Apathy’. Stoned Jesus commented regarding ‘Apathy’: “‘Apathy’ is the brainchild of our bass player Sergii. He wrote the music, came up with the original idea for the video, filmed our post-show apathies on lo-fi Samsung vp-w70 camera and even edited the video himself! Unlike most tour videos by other bands, this one shows you the real wild life on the backstage.”
Third studio record The Harvest was released in February 2015 via Moon Records.
