SYMPHONY X: ‘Underworld’ First-Week Album Chart Positions Revealed

Underworld – the ninth full-length studio album from New Jersey-based progressive metal group Symphony X – charted in the following countries in its first week of release; Switzerland (#10), Finland (#12), Netherlands (#20), Germany (#23), Sweden (#31), France (#39), Japan (#46), Austria (#59), Belgium (#71), the United Kingdom (#80), the United States (#89), and Canada (#103).
Symphony X issue Underworld on July 24th, 2015 through Nuclear Blast Records.
Jens Bogren produced while cover artwork duties fell to Warren Flanagan, once again.
The outing’s lyrical content is inspired by the epic early 14th century poem The Divine Comedy, written by Italian poet Dante Alighieri.
