Oulu, Finland-based alternative melodic metal band Velvet Ocean issued debut full-length studio album Purposes And Promises on February 7th, 2020 through Helsinki Records.

Purposes And Promises was mixed by Johan Örnborg and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden.
